Salish is a great opportunity to learn & grow. They give you a chance at developing even when you have very low experience. They've already established a culture that makes you feel comfortable & willing to work hard for. What I like is there's never a day that you will not learn something on the job. Salish plumbers are very skilled & patiently teaching you everything you need to know. Salish treats their employees with respect so it's easy for me to come to work everyday with positive attitude!
